Kerry really missed an opportunity there. He could have made some points right at the end when it counts.

Good Very Happy

I am not going to listen to any of the 'expert' spin post-debate. It was obvious to me that Bush scored a decisive win. Very Happy

I was glad to see Bush talk about Kerry's voting record and lack of achievement in 20 years in the Senate.

So far the "experts" I've heard are split. Which of course means that half of them are partisan die-hards.

I would think that the "undecided" would lean even more for Bush due to low expectations from the previous debate media reviews.

To me it was such an improvement for Bush from the first debate that it is easy to score tonight as a win. But if you supported Kerry going in, no way would you ever concede a debate victory to Bush.

Well in all I think that Bush done 100% better this time around then he did on the first debate.
In my opinion I don't think that Bush lost any votes, but I also don't think that Kerry will lose or gain any votes.
I will call this a draw and as it stands today Bush will win.

Dan Rather is trying to continue the debate with Gov. Pataki by laying out everything bad that has come up for Bush in the last few weeks.

Rather, what a Biased boob.

At least Pataki is setting him straight.

They should subtract Dan Rather's follow time from Kerry's Debate time. They are taking the same positions and tonight Rather is doing a better job.

Big surprise: Hillary Clinton was "disappointed" in Bush's performance.

I'll bet she was Laughing

I don't know how many votes are really up for grabs at this point. I don't think there are very many.

Like I said earlier, I don't think Bush needs a win tonight to win the presidency BUT I'D SAY HE GOT ONE

You would have to be on the Liberal Kool-aid to call it a win for Kerry. Of course I am a Bush supported and suitably biased. But Bush was confident, relaxed, funny and strong. He was exactly the kind of guy you would want to be in charge.

Good job, Mark! My take...they played roll reversal. Bush was on top of his game tonight. Those polls above are whacked. Guess all the kid's were busy tonight. What a joke...the results. I think those pollsters are going to be very disappointed on election day.

These huge Democtrat/Liberal/socialist groups like MoveOn and ACT blast out bulk emails to get their members to go vote in all of these polls as often as possible.

As awsome as the power of RochesterWatch may be, it's no match for these groups in the activism department I'm afraid.

Don't pay any attention to any online polls about who 'won' the debate. The DNC and associated groups have a pretty organized strategy to flood the sites with Kerry votes. So much so that many of the conservative blog sites (littlegreenfootballs.com for one) are directing their contributors to also vote for Kerry in the online polls thus skewing the result even more. The thought is how could CNN go on the air and report that the CNN.com poll shows Kerry won the debate 88% to 12%. Even they would have to realize something was fishy. Although with CNN you never know.

Who won? It's pretty clear: the old media is calling it a draw. That means Bush won hands down. A draw is the closest the liberal media can come to saying Bush won. Even if he reduced John Kerry to a blubbering fool in the fetal position, they would still call it a draw. Good to see Bush on the offensive.
